Belly Dancing at Strathcona Gardens


Last Session of Beginner Belly Dancing before Summer



Learn the fun and health supportive art of Belly dance. The moves are both challenging and supportive for the skeletal system, endocrine system, spinal flexibility and strength, balance and coordination. Classes are lead with eight or nine movements that are linked together to create a dance. It's fun and entertaining.
