Come out and enjoy the fluid movement and strengthening aspects of
Belly Dancing
Classes are for anyone who would is encouraged to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, have some fun, while moving aerobically. Classes will include some core strengthing with the exercises balls as well as yoga and chi gong for building energy and well being.
